Comparative analysis of second- and third-trimester complete uterine rupture cases followed up in a tertiary hospital: a retrospective cohort study

Aim: There are not many studies that compared the uterine rupture cases pertaining to different trimesters of pregnancy in terms changes relevant risk factors and fetomaternal outcomes. In this context, study was carried out comparatively analyze who were diagnosed with complete gave birth hospital where conducted outcomes.
 Material Method: The population retrospective consisted patients our between January 2015 June 2022. Patients’ demographic characteristics, cesarean section, labor induction histories, fetal maternal outcomes recorded. included divided into two groups based on trimester when occurred as second- third-trimester groups. fetal, maternal, obstetric Results: Out 56718 deliveries performed during period, a total 27 cases, whom 10 had second-, 17 rupture, sample. Accordingly, incidence calculated 0.047%. Of these 9 re-pregnancy. Bilateral hypogastric artery ligation seven six third group. 19 section history. All 8 did have history trimester.
